CONCORD - Kevin Landrigan, who has covered state and national politics
for 33 years in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is one of New
England's pre-eminent political journalists, has been named Chief
Political Correspondent for New Hampshire One News.
His appointment was announced Monday by Robb Atkinson, News Director of
NH1- a multi-media news organization that will provide television,
radio and digital news programming in the fall from headquarters at the
NH1 Media Center located in the state capital.
Landrigan comes to NH1 News after 26 years as State House Bureau Chief
and Senior Political Reporter for The Telegraph of Nashua. During that
time he earned a national reputation as an authoritative and
widely-read political writer whose syndicated column appeared in many
state newspapers. He regularly serves as a guest commentator on state
and national media outlets.
NH1 will soon begin television newscasts from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and from
10 to 11 p.m. on WBIN-TV, Derry, while also producing news programming
for Binnie Media radio stations and affiliates throughout the state as
well as for NH1.com.
In addition to regularly appearing on television, Landrigan will also
be a regular contributor to the NH1.com website, and will be active on
the company's social media channels.

Paul Steinhauser to Leave CNN for New Hampshire's NH1 News
CONCORD - CNN Political Editor Paul Steinhauser, who has covered
campaigns, elections and polling for the international news
organization, has been named News Anchor and Political Director for New
Hampshire One News.
His appointment, effective Jan. 1, was announced Monday by Robb
Atkinson, News Director of NH1 - a multi-media news organization that
will provide television, radio and digital news programming in the fall
from headquarters at the NH1 Media Center in the state capital.
Steinhauser comes to NH1 News with extensive experience in the
political arena. Paul served in CNN's Political Unit, first as deputy
political director, and later as political editor. Paul was an
important player in CNN's Emmy Award winning coverage of the 2006 and
2012 elections.
In his new role, he will report to NH1 News Director Robb Atkinson, who
previously worked in multiple roles for the CNN and NBC news
organizations, and as News and Operations Director at WGME television
in Portland, Maine.
Steinhauser joins a news team that includes longtime State House
reporter Kevin Landrigan, who begins work at NH1 in September as Senior
Political Correspondent. David Solomon, former editor of the Portsmouth
Herald and Nashua Telegraph, and most recently a senior political
writer at the New Hampshire Union Leader, started with NH1 in July as
Managing Editor.

special correspondent for the 2016 election. Paul is political
director, political correspondent and an anchor for New Hampshire’s
NH1, where he started in September, covering the midterm elections and
moderating four debates. NH1 is based in Concord and airs nightly
newscasts on television, broadcasts on nearly a dozen radio stations
across the Granite State and publishes online at NH1.com.
Paul will help ensure that we’re on top of all of the moves, big and

Before his move to New Hampshire, Paul was based in Washington as CNN’s
